Responsibilities

* Manage and harmonize efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning delivery with strategic business outcomes

* Bridge business and technology needs, translating complex requirements into scalable data platform solutions

* Collaborate with EPAM leadership to shape strategic investments and innovation in the Data & Analytics domain

* Establish modern cloud-native architectures with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, creating scalable Lakehouse architectures

* Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, ensuring actionable insights and measurable business value

* Develop and promote technological assets including blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization

* Provide technical oversight while integrating AI/ML capabilities into data ecosystems, supporting proposals and effectively communicating technical solutions

Requirements

* Deep experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

* Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architectures

* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical strategies in business terms

* A natural storyteller and communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to lead without authority

* Experience in both pre-sales and delivery, capable of switching between execution and strategic advisory modes
