Cybersecurity Specialist / CISO – AI Security Trainer
10x.TeamFreelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK)
Are you a cybersecurity specialist, security architect, or current/former CISO who wants to apply your
expertise in a new way?
Do you have 8–20 hours per week available, alongside your current role, consulting work, or portfolio commitments?
We’re looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.
Your Role Is Practical And High-impact. You Will
* Review and refine AI-generated responses related to cybersecurity, risk, and security architecture
* Evaluate AI outputs for technical accuracy, threat realism, and alignment with security best practices
* Draft complex security scenarios (e.g., incident response, ransomware attacks, cloud misconfigurations, zero-trust architecture, regulatory compliance under NIS2/GDPR)
* Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives (e.g., CISO, security engineer, SOC lead, board member, regulator)
* Design challenging cases that expose weaknesses in threat modeling, risk prioritisation, attack surface analysis, or mitigation strategy
In Simple Terms
You will assess and improve answers generated by AI systems to ensure they reflect real-world security judgment; not generic textbook responses.
This is not penetration testing or operational security work. Instead of securing one organisation at a time, you’ll help improve AI systems used at scale.
Your input directly improves how AI performs on cybersecurity and risk-related topics.
