2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Trainer plays a crucial role in equipping customers and employees with the skills and knowledge to effectively use the organization’s contact center technology. This position focuses on designing and delivering training programs and materials that accelerate product adoption and maximize customer value. The role supports continuous learning and onboarding efforts, contributing directly to the success of clients and internal teams.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design instructor-led training sessions aligned with product features and customer needs

• Lead group training sessions to deepen customer understanding of products and best practices

• Maintain and update training curriculum based on product changes and feedback

• Continuously expand product knowledge and understand customer use cases

• Participate in organizational initiatives and projects as needed

• Support onboarding and training for new hires

• Produce instructional videos and product demonstrations

• Audit, maintain, and create support documentation for users

• Design and build interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline

• Translate product workflows into self-paced learning experiences incorporating multimedia elements

• Update eLearning content in line with product releases

4. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in the contact center industry is highly preferred

• Proven background in training, education, or similar roles

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving training needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50 percent

• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new products

• Passionate about helping others succeed and education

• Experience with SaaS or contact center technology is a plus

• Skilled in presenting and facilitating live sessions

• Ability to simplify complex concepts in engaging ways

• Experience creating training content including slides, videos, and LMS materials

• Strong customer focus with empathy and communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training programs

• Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 base plus equity

• Total compensation includes equity and a benefits package

• Final offers depend on experience, skills, education, and location
