About Us

We work with leading companies across North America, Mexico, Europe, and Australia, helping them improve efficiency, safety, and production outcomes.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with deep familiarity with the wood and pallet industry, a passion for new technology, and a track record of thriving in a startup environment.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Zira, you will be the primary partner for our customers, ensuring successful deployments, driving adoption, and helping sites achieve measurable improvements through our AI Vision platform. You’ll work closely with operations teams, plant managers, regional leaders, and internal engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

* Own the customer relationship from onboarding through expansion, ensuring long-term engagement and value realization.

* Lead deployments across pallet and sawmill facilities, coordinating with internal AI engineers and field teams.

* Analyze customer workflows, production needs, and operational pain points to tailor the solution.s

* Provide hands-on training to plant managers and operators

* Monitor customer performance, create actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.

* Manage weekly check-ins and QBRs with customers to ensure KPI alignment and ROI.

* Act as an internal customer advocate by surfacing feedback, challenges, and feature requests.

* Support new use-case development and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

* Experience in the pallet, wood products, or industrial manufacturing industry (required)

* Strong understanding of pallet production, sawmill operations, or industrial workflows

* Passion for technology, automation, and innovative problem-solving

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Highly organized and comfortable leading multiple customer relationships at once

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

* Comfort with travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada

* Experience with customer success, operations management, or technical support roles is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary: $80,000
