Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention, nurturing client relationships, and acting as a strategic partner to help customers achieve business success. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, proactively analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for value-driven solutions through Qaspi's offerings.

What We’re Looking For

SaaS Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account

Management within the SaaS industry.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with business integrations,

APIs, and VoIP logic. You should be able to explain technical concepts

clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail Oriented: A disciplined approach to following established

workflows and documenting customer interactions within our CRM.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication,

with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term

professional relationships.

Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot

operational challenges using our existing support resources and tools.
