The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to become the backbone of our customer experience.
You’ll be the key link between parents, tutors and our internal team, ensuring every user has a seamless and high-quality experience. This role combines customer support, relationship management and sales activity, making it ideal for someone who is both people-focused and commercially aware.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the ClassClown ecosystem
* Build and manage strong relationships with tutors, supporting their success on the platform
* Provide timely and effective support to parents, resolving queries and issues
* Drive retention and engagement by proactively checking in with customers
* Support inbound and outbound SDR activities (following up leads, handling enquiries, booking calls)
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within internal systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify trends
What we're looking for
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable speaking with customers regularly (calls, messages, email)
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to handle multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
* Experience in customer support, sales, or account management is a plus
* Experience in the EdTech sector is a strong advantage
