Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME and lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage team activities, technical decisions, and delivery outcomes.

Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive business and technology initiatives.

Provide solutions to complex technical and functional challenges across projects.

Lead the design and implementation of Mendix applications integrated with Teamcenter.

Define integration architecture using Teamcenter REST APIs, SOA services, Active Workspace, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Drive technical solution reviews, architecture governance, and implementation best practices.

Establish coding standards, reusable frameworks, and delivery accelerators.

Mentor developers and technical leads to enhance team capabilities.

Support solutioning, effort estimation, technical proposals, and client discussions.

Ensure compliance with security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

Minimum 10-12 years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Mendix development experience.

Minimum 5 years of Teamcenter implementation and integration experience.

Delivered at least 3-4 Mendix applications into Production.

Proven experience integrating Mendix applications with Teamcenter.

Strong expertise in Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC), Teamcenter REST/SOA APIs

Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.

Experience with security frameworks, SSO, OAuth, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

Additional Information

Experience leading distributed development teams.

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, PLM, or Digital Thread transformation programs preferred.

Mendix Expert/Advanced certifications are desirable.

Teamcenter certifications will be an added advantage.
