Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user manuals to support software deployment and maintenance.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

- Continuously monitor and improve software quality through testing and debugging activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.

- Experience in customizing payroll components and integrating with other SAP modules.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues efficiently.

- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to enhance payroll functionalities.

- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to payroll processing.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
