* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

* Review AI-generated content — including text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy and sensitivity

* Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, stereotypical, or likely to cause offense in your region

* Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant alternatives that feel natural and authentic

* Evaluate whether translations and localizations genuinely reflect how people in your culture communicate

* Submit clear, structured feedback that directly shapes how AI understands and represents your culture

* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Deep, firsthand familiarity with the culture, customs, values, and norms of your region or community

* Able to spot cultural missteps, blind spots, and tone issues that outsiders would easily miss

* Strong written communication skills — you can articulate your reasoning clearly

* Thoughtful, open-minded, and consistent in your evaluations

* Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

* No prior AI experience or formal cultural studies background required

Nice to Have

* Experience in localization, translation, journalism, or content moderation

* Familiarity with multiple cultural contexts or regional variations within your area

* Exposure to AI tools or content evaluation workflows
