We've grown to 60,000+ users, launched our new mobile app, and now we want to scale much faster through creator-led content.

This is a remote, USD-based role with base pay plus performance upside.

The role

Own Wobo's organic creator growth engine end to end.

This is a highly hands-on role. You'll recruit creators, shape TikTok-native hooks and scripts, manage production quality, and help scale winning content into repeatable series.

This is not a coordination-only role. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, move fast, and keep the machine running.

What you'll own

1) Creator recruiting and outreach

* Source nano creators and ambassadors on a daily basis

* Run high-volume outreach and follow-up

* Pitch, negotiate, and close creators into our program

* Manage creator expectations, compensation structure, and scheduling

* Keep a reliable pipeline of active creators week over week

2) Creative direction

* Create and iterate hooks, angles, and TikTok-native scripts

* Turn competitor research and market trends into stronger Wobo concepts

* Direct creators on what to film, how to film it, and how to improve it

* Build repeatable content formats and remix winners fast

* Spot the difference between content that feels native and content that feels spammy

3) Production operations and quality control

* Run the weekly creator content calendar

* Review drafts quickly and give clear, actionable feedback

* Improve creator output over time through tighter briefs and revisions

* Prevent ghosting, reduce churn, and maintain a dependable creator roster

* Keep raw files, edits, captions, and variants organized

4) Distribution and performance loop

* Coordinate publishing across creator accounts and Wobo-owned/theme accounts

* Track what is performing and identify which concepts are worth scaling

* Report weekly on what worked, what did not, and what we should double down on

* Support paid testing of strong organic concepts when relevant

What we're looking for

* Strong English communication across DMs, calls, briefs, and feedback

* Hands-on experience running creator, influencer, or UGC programs

* Strong TikTok and Instagram creative instincts

* Comfortable with high-volume outreach, relentless follow-up, and negotiation

* Strong judgment on hooks, pacing, creator fit, and content quality

* Operator mindset: fast execution, ownership, and consistency

Strong plus if

* You have worked with low-base plus performance-bonus creator models

* You have grown creator-led theme accounts or multi-account content systems

* You know how to turn one winning concept into multiple strong variations

* You can appear on camera and create creator-style UGC when needed

* You have helped turn strong organic UGC into paid ad concepts

Wobo's product is highly visual, highly demoable, and highly suited to short-form creator content. We believe creator-led growth is one of the biggest levers for the company over the next 12 months, and this role will be central to making that happen.
