This role exists to turn UGC into a predictable, scalable growth engine for paid media.

You will own the entire UGC function end-to-end—so the marketing team can request content and trust it gets delivered, on time, at quality, and aligned with what converts.

This is not coordination. This is ownership of output.

About the Company

We are a fast-scaling DTC business operating in the US market across two brands:

* A wireless dog fountain brand

* A dog supplement brand

Both brands are heavily invested in Meta and Google Ads. UGC is a core input to performance—not a side channel.

Growth depends on consistently producing high-performing creative. This role exists to make that system reliable and scalable.

The Role Overview

This role exists to fully own UGC production and affiliate growth

so that high-converting content is delivered consistently and at scale

which directly drives paid media performance.

You will act as the bridge between marketing and creators—translating ad needs into executed content.

You are not “helping with UGC.”

You are responsible for making it work.

Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)

You are accountable for:

* Owning the full UGC pipeline: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, briefing, delivery, review, and payment

* Managing the affiliate marketing pipeline and eventually TikTok shop creators

* Delivering requested content (e.g. “10 variations of X angle in 3 weeks”) reliably and on time

* Building and maintaining a structured creator database and dashboard

* Developing scalable systems for sourcing and re-engaging high-performing creators

* Launching and growing the affiliate program (recruitment, commissions, tracking, performance)

* Acting as the feedback loop between marketing and creators to improve conversion

* Training creators on what makes winning ads for our brands

What Success Looks Like

You’re winning in this role when:

* UGC requests from marketing are consistently delivered without follow-up

* A reliable pipeline of creators exists—no last-minute scrambling

* High-performing creators are reused and scaled efficiently

* Content quality improves over time through structured feedback

* Affiliate channel becomes a meaningful, growing revenue stream

* Marketing team no longer worries about UGC execution

Required Experience

Seniority Level: Senior

This is a high-ownership role requiring immediate impact—no training phase.

You must have:

* Proven experience as a UGC Manager (end-to-end ownership, not partial involvement)

* Strong experience in DTC e-commerce (non-negotiable)

* Track record of managing creators and delivering performance-driven content

* Experience building systems—not just manually managing workflows

* Strong communication skills and fluent English (US-based creators)

* Confidence negotiating rates and managing creator relationships

Tools / Environment

You’ll work across:

* Creator sourcing platforms

* UGC / influencer management tools

* Affiliate tracking platforms

* Internal dashboards and tracking systems

* Paid media collaboration with Meta & Google Ads teams

Tools matter less than your ability to build a system that works.
