Creator Community Program Manager

Lureo 🧞‍♂️ by Imvizar
Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Full-time

Lureo is a no-code AR platform enabling ambitious storytellers to create immersive spatial experiences without writing code. We are building a new kind of creative ecosystem — one that supports experimental, forward-thinking creators who want to move beyond static formats.

We are building a creator-first product. To ensure this, we are putting our community of creators, both experienced and new to XR creation, at the heart of what we do.

As we continue to expand our community offerings, including paid opportunities, loyalty systems, verified creator networks, workshops and community education we are looking for a passionate new team member who understands the importance of engagement, loyalty and advocacy to join our growing team.

This is a high-ownership startup role requiring initiative, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for creative technology.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with active Lureo creators, including Identifying and nurture high-potential creators for partnerships ops

* Ensure creators feel supported, recognised, and motivated

* Develop outreach strategies to proactively engage new potential creators, agencies, creative studios, and innovation teams (XR designers, creative technologists, experimental marketers, digital creatives)

* Identify and connect with new potential communities of creators focused on AI, AR, and generative tools

* Be the face of Lureo in the community - Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build relationships and boost product adoption

* Innovate on and deliver new ways for us to reach new creators eg creator competitions, leaderboards

3. Community Space Ownership

* Own and manage all creator-facing spaces:

* Discord (engagement, moderation, rituals, badge systems)

* Creator support inbox

* Website & blogs (working with web developers on updates)

* Own all programme communications

* Light-touch support across social channels where creators engage; including LinkedIn and Instagram.

4. Creator Programme Operations

* Run day-to-day operations of all aspects of creator programme

* Manage onboarding flows and milestone communications

* Coordinate submission reviews and follow-ups

* Support education moments (office hours, workshops, walkthroughs)

* Translate creator feedback into structured product insights for the Lureo dev team

* Support beta feature rollouts

* Help creators adopt new features effectively by communicating new features and product developments to the community

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Design, Interactive Media or equivalent years of practical work experience

* 2+ years of program, project management, and/or community management experience

* Demonstrated experience working with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Luma AI etc)

You’ll Love This Role If You…

* Community & creator experience: You’ve built, managed, or supported creator/user communities and know what keeps people engaged over time (Discord experience a plus).

* Creator tools experience: You’ve worked with modern creative tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Webflow, After Effects) and have a strong personal interest in this space — you’re excited to become a Lureo super user within your first 3–6 months.

* Strategic thinker: you think strategically about community engagement, loyalty and product advocacy and can build programmes that support both community and product goals.

* Relationship builder: You’re proactive, people-oriented, and confident engaging creators 1:1 and at scale, with strong instincts for outreach, activation, and retention.

* Multi-channel operator: You’re comfortable managing community touchpoints across Discord, website journeys, support email, and social surfaces (without needing to be a pure social media manager).

* Creative tech curiosity: You’re genuinely interested in AR/XR, immersive media, or emerging storytelling formats and enjoy helping early adopters experiment.

* Startup mindset: You’re scrappy, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You like building things, not just maintaining what already exists.
