This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conversational AI Implementation specialist, based in Brussels, with flexibility for partial remote work.

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you’ll independently lead and deliver the design, configuration, and implementation of conversational AI projects for our global clients. Senior colleagues are there to support when needed, but you’ll take the driver’s seat on core project components and act as a trusted technical partner for customers.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years’ experience in implementing conversational AI solutions, and who’s ready to deepen their expertise in enterprise integrations, solution design, and customer-facing delivery.

What you'll do at Campfire

* Further develop your advanced proficiency in the AI platforms we work with (i.e. Chatlayer, Dialogflow, Ebbot, etc.) to the level where you can independently deliver platform walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions for customers and partners

* Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of conversational AI solutions during pilot, POC, and implementation phases

* Translate complex functional and technical requirements (Miro flows, API documentation, business logic, etc.) into well-structured, scalable, and high-performing bot solutions

* Own end-to-end tasks within projects and proactively support teammates to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery

* Understand the broader business context of each project, advise clients and think along with the PM on how to align conversational flows and automation with their business objectives

* Join and confidently co-lead client meetings during scoping, briefing, and implementation phases

* Define, apply, and continuously improve best practices while clearly and consistently documenting your solutions

* Guide and train Junior Implementation Specialists

* Gather customer/user feedback, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for internal teams and customers

* Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues, review bot conversations, and validate configurations using structured test scenarios

* Use chatbot analytics and performance data to create compelling, insight-oriented presentations for clients

* Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders (and customers when needed), ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project phases

What we're looking for

* 2-5 years of work experience, ideally in conversational AI implementation/consulting, or a technical client-facing role

* Prior consulting or agency experience is a plus

* You possess strong communication skills and are able to interact with corporate clients and explain technical concepts to audiences of all levels

* You demonstrate ownership by managing deadlines, proactively unblocking yourself, and reliably delivering high-quality results

* You have hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (i.e. Chatlayer, Dialogflow, Ebbot, etc.)

* You can read and write JavaScript / Python / HTML / CSS

* You know how to read APIs, build API integrations, and complete technical troubleshooting

* You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and visualize insights (i.e. Excel, Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)

* You’re interested in IT, data, automation, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape

* You’re fluent in English (spoken & written) and at least 1 additional European language

* You’re curious, flexible, and have a strong desire to continuously improve your skills
