Role Description

This is an opportunity to be added consultant for an AI implementation projects partucularly in HR - based in Germany, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.  The consultant will support organizations in designing and implementing AI in HR Processes, change workflows and strategies, developing future-focused corporate cultures, and building AI competencies. You will facilitate workshops, coach teams, contribute to organizational transformation projects, and provide expertise to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Qualifications

* Experience in AI Workflows, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategy Implementation

* Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities

* Understanding of AI integration, digital transformation, or smart automation processes

* Skills in project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration

* Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal

* Ability to work autonomously and in teams in a hybrid work environment

* Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

* Prior experience working in consultancy is a plus
