Role Overview

We are seeking a business-oriented consulting leader with experience in logistics, commercial real estate, supply chain, or adjacent industries to lead enterprise transformation initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of process, data, and AI, with a strong emphasis on BPMN-driven process discovery, data and software QA programs, and AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate brings both strategic perspective and execution depth, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.

As an Engagement Manager you will:

* Serve as a senior client-facing leader, partnering across operations, digital, and data organizations to drive transformation initiatives

* Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping efforts using BPMN, translating complex workflows into structured, optimization-ready frameworks

* Identify and drive opportunities to embed data, analytics, and AI into core business processes to improve efficiency and decision-making

* Own program delivery and governance, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors

* Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption, bridging business and technology to enable successful execution

* Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and shaping follow-on initiatives within the client ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end AI and data transformation programs, from discovery through execution and scale

* Drive BPMN-based process discovery and mapping, defining current-state, future-state, and optimization opportunities

* Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across data quality, analytics, agentic, and AI to improve operational efficiency and decision-making

* Own program governance, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and executive reporting

* Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and outcomes

* Partner closely with client leadership to drive adoption, change management, and value realization

* Collaborate with the leadership and global delivery teams (US + India) to ensure scalable, high-quality execution

* Define KPIs and success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, revenue impact) and track performance

* Contribute to solutioning and proposal development, shaping transformation roadmaps and expansion opportunities within the account

* Own account P&L and delivery excellence.

Key Attributes & Experience

* 6+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or digital transformation roles

* Experience in logistics, supply chain, industrial real estate, warehousing, or distribution-heavy industries

* Strong experience with process mapping (BPMN), process optimization, and operational transformation

* Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving business, data, and technology teams

* Exposure to data analytics, data quality, and AI-driven initiatives

* Strong client-facing presence with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels

* Experience working in consulting or client delivery environments preferred

* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
