Position: Construction and Building Inspector

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20–$50 per hour

Role Responsibilities

* Evaluate and annotate construction and building inspection data to support AI training initiatives

* Review and interpret building plans, blueprints, and specifications for data enrichment

* Apply construction standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements to real-world scenarios

* Provide subject-matter expertise to ensure AI training materials reflect industry best practices

* Document inspection logic, decisions, and compliance rationales clearly

* Share hands-on inspection scenarios and case studies to improve model accuracy

* Collaborate asynchronously with technical and non-technical teams

Requirements

* Strong experience as a Construction and Building Inspector or in a closely related field

* Strong understanding of construction standards, safety codes, and regulatory compliance

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfort working in digital, remote environments

* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
