About The Role

10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable communications specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered communications systems.

What You Will Do

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to communications, messaging, internal and external content, and practical aspects of communications work

* Evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, alignment, and compliance with real-world requirements

* Draft realistic communications scenarios based on your direct professional experience

* Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. communications specialist, client, stakeholder, or audience)

* Identify gaps, oversights, or weak messaging in AI-generated communications content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic communication strategies, messaging, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional communications work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about communications processes at scale.

Who You Are

* A senior-level communications specialist or strategist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

* Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing communications strategies, messages, and campaigns

* Skilled at evaluating content for clarity, tone, and alignment

* Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

* Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
