Are you an experienced Communications Specialist eager to apply your expertise in a new and impactful way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available to contribute alongside your current projects or employment?

We are looking for top-tier communications professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems.

Your Role Is Hands-on And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs on a variety of communications topics

* Evaluate responses for clarity, professional tone, accuracy, and alignment with communications best practices

* Draft realistic communications scenarios, including press releases, internal memos, crisis statements, stakeholder announcements, and executive communications

* Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives, such as communications lead, PR specialist, corporate manager, or external stakeholder

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated messaging

* Assess and improve AI reasoning around audience alignment, messaging strategy, edge cases, and application of theoretical communications concepts

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI-generated content by ensuring it reflects the reality of professional communications practices and challenges.

This is not a traditional communications role. Instead of crafting communications for a single organization, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about communications at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for a wide range of professional users worldwide.

Who this is for

You Are

* A communications specialist, writer, or consultant with several years of hands-on experience

* Based in the EU or UK

* Experienced across the communications workflow: strategic planning, drafting, editing, stakeholder engagement, crisis response, and executive support

* Comfortable identifying limitations in messaging, tone, clarity, alignment, or ethical considerations

* Familiar with professional standards, modern tools, and media best practices

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
