About The Role

As part of 10x Team, a leading platform for fractional and freelance professionals, you’ll collaborate with top AI labs to enhance the reasoning and performance of large AI models.

In This Hands-on, High-impact Freelance Role, You Will

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs on a wide range of commercial real estate topics

* Assess responses for technical accuracy, industry best practices, and compliance with current standards

* Draft realistic commercial real estate scenarios (deal structuring, market analysis, property management, asset valuation, risk assessment, compliance, and more)

* Create variations of scenarios from different professional perspectives, such as broker, analyst, investor, property manager, or compliance officer

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated commercial real estate content

* Evaluate and improve AI reasoning related to structured problem solving, edge cases, and the practical application of real estate principles

Put simply: you’ll leverage your real-world expertise to ensure AI-generated content aligns with the realities of commercial real estate, raising the quality and usefulness of AI for technical and business users worldwide.

This is not a traditional real estate position. Instead of managing transactions or assets directly, your expertise will inform and improve AI understanding at scale, shaping how these systems serve commercial real estate professionals everywhere.

You Are

Who We’re Looking For

* An experienced commercial real estate specialist, analyst, broker, or consultant

* Based in the EU or UK

* Skilled in areas such as commercial property transactions, valuation, leasing, management, or investment analysis

* Confident identifying limitations in market data, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, or risk assessment

* Familiar with industry-standard tools, market analysis methods, and compliance standards

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week, with the ability to start within the next few weeks

* Seeking a fully remote, flexible freelance position that complements your existing professional commitments
