The Opportunity

We're building the operating system for private practice — an AI-native platform (VyeOS) that empowers clinicians to launch and run independent functional medicine practices with zero upfront cost and minimal overhead. Six integrated products (Clinical Intelligence, EHR, Commerce, RCM, Shield, Growth), eight AI agents, and a business model that lets practitioners earn 2-3x their employed salary from Day 1.

We're backed by leaders from Datavant, Flatiron Health, athenahealth, and Yale. Now we need a technical co-founder to own the engineering vision and build the team that brings VyeOS to life.

The Role

As Co-Founder & Head of Engineering, you'll be the technical heartbeat of Vye Health. You'll architect and ship VyeOS — from AI agent infrastructure to clinical workflows to revenue cycle automation. You'll hire and lead the engineering team, make foundational technology decisions, and partner directly with the CEO to shape product and company strategy.

What We're Looking For

- Deep experience building and scaling complex software platforms (healthtech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS preferred)

- Strong AI/ML background — you've shipped production AI systems, not just prototypes

- Track record of building engineering teams from zero to a functioning org

- Comfort operating in ambiguity with high autonomy — this is a build-from-scratch role

- Passion for fixing healthcare — you believe technology can make medicine more human, not less
