Full Description

EQUITY ONLY - HEAD OF GTM B2C CO-FOUNDER POSITION

The job search is broken. Most people apply into the void, spend months in uncertainty, and still end up in the wrong role. Hirello.ai is changing that — we're a Silicon Valley-based AI startup building the coaching, training, and productivity tools that actually move the needle for job seekers.

Our platform gives candidates real-time supply/demand insights for their market, AI-powered interview prep, automation tools for networking, and a clear guided path from search to offer — faster and with far better outcomes. We're launching MVP V2 ahead of our seed round and looking for a growth-obsessed co-founder passionate about the mission to help us take it to market.

What you'll own

→ Build and execute the full B2C go-to-market strategy, from pre-launch growth loops to scalable paid and organic acquisition

→ Drive digital customer acquisition across SEO, content, social, influencer, and performance channels

→ Define positioning, messaging, and ICP — who we're speaking to and why they choose us

→ Shape the product roadmap by bringing the voice of the customer into every major decision

→ Support investor storytelling and fundraising prep as we approach our seed round

Who we're looking for

→ Proven track record of scaling digital customer acquisition for B2C brands — you've done this before and have the metrics to show it

→ Hands-on builder at the early stage

→ Genuine passion for the mission: helping people find great jobs and get where they want to go

→ Founder mindset — you want ownership, not a salary, and you're energized by zero-to-one challenges

The Deal

Compensation --> Equity only

Stage --> Pre-seed · V2 launch

Title --> Co-founder

Market --> US, global vision

If you're the person who reads a job posting and immediately starts thinking about the acquisition funnel, we should talk.
