Global Centers for Entrepreneurship (GCE) is building a worldwide network of 100+ entrepreneurship centers over the next five years. Each center acts as a local hub for founders, startups, investors and companies to connect, collaborate and create high-value business opportunities together.

The Opportunity

We are looking for entrepreneurial Co-Founders around the world who want to build and lead their own local entrepreneurship center with support from Global Centers for Entrepreneurship and 2 other Co-Founders.

This role is ideal for people who want to:

• build something meaningful

• expand their professional network

• create business opportunities

• participate in long-term profit creation

You will help grow a thriving ecosystem of entrepreneurs, startups, investors and companies in your region.

And you will do this as a Co-Founder.

Not as an employee.

What You Will Do

As Co-Founder you will play an important role in growing the local entrepreneurship center.

Activities can include:

• Connecting entrepreneurs, startups and organizations

• Building partnerships within the startup ecosystem

• Promoting the entrepreneurship center in your region

• Creating business opportunities and collaborations

• Supporting marketing, sales and business development

• Launching events, initiatives and new services

• Sourcing projects and deals for the AI dealmaking platform

• Building a network of referral partners that introduce opportunities

• Contributing to the growth strategy of the center

Your exact focus will be determined together with you, based on your strengths, experience and network.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for entrepreneurial professionals who:

• enjoy connecting people and opportunities

• are proactive and capable of getting things done

• have experience in sales, partnerships, marketing or business development

• enjoy working with founders, startups and organizations

• can work independently and remotely

• have a growth mindset and a winner mentality

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills

• Minimum 16 hours per week available

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Compensation

The compensation model is designed to reward growth and long-term value creation.

Profit Participation

• 20% of the net profits generated by your local entrepreneurship center

• Unlimited earning potential

Performance Bonuses

• Bonuses up to €128.000 when major growth milestones are reached

Additional Profit Share

• Additional 5% net profits (capped at €680.000) after completing certification and/or buy-in.

Equipment

• Company laptop and mobile phone (when financially feasible)

Training & Certification

All Co-Founders participate in a structured training and certification program.

The program covers:

• entrepreneurship ecosystems

• startup growth

• dealmaking strategies

• sales and partnerships

• building profitable networks

This training ensures every center is built with the same high quality standards.
