Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

As a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support, gathering customer requirements, defining architectural/functional components, driving Power Platform and Dynamics 365 implementations, managing issues and risks, leading data-centric discussions, and designing system architecture.

Your key responsibilities would include:

* Delivering services and solutions for clients using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft’s PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, Power Apps Portals, Microsoft Teams, custom development, bot framework, and data integrations.

* Responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales force for prospects and existing customers.

* Whiteboarding and scoping end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements.

* Gather customer requirements and translate them into effective configured/customized versions of Presentations and Product Demonstrations.

* Assisting the sales team with defining architectural/functional components of the Statement of Work (SOW).

* Knowledge of core Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Governance techniques: ALM, Pipelines, Azure DevOps, COE, Managed Environments, Analytics, Auditing, Solutions, etc.

* Extending Dynamics and Power Apps interfaces using Plugins, PCF controls and JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

* Experience with JSON for data exchange, TypeScript, C#, REST, and Microsoft Azure for integration.

* Drive Power Platform and Dynamics 365CE implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.

* Effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.

* Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.

* Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.

* Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.

* Develop and continue to refine solution implementation standards and tools.

* Accountable for providing pre-sales support by working with prospects and existing customers before the sale.

* Responsible for Whiteboarding and outlining complete solutions based on the client's requirements.

* Collecting and interpreting customer needs and transforming them into effective product demonstrations and customized presentations.

* Collaborating with the sales team to define the technical and functional components of the SOW.

* Manage Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects through every phase, including discovery, definition, development, testing, and deployment.

* Effectively managing associated risks and issues to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery that satisfies clients' expectations and requirements.

* Taking charge of data-related discussions with the client during discovery meetings.

* Partnering with the Development Team, leading the system architecture process, to specify and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.

* Conducting end-user training sessions and producing and maintaining knowledge transfer documentation.

* Demonstrate the technology solution in a customized manner to suit the specific requirements of the audience.

* Assess different data problems and analytical requirements.

Our ideal candidate will bring us:

* Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field

* At least 5 years of designing and delivering D365 CE solutions with various integration strategies.

* At least 5 years of industry experience in any SMB or Enterprise grade ERP

* Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Automate

* Microsoft D365, CE, and/or Power Platform certifications are a plus

* Experience in SharePoint, Teams and Business Intelligence is a plus

* Strong ERP industry and product knowledge

* Expert in at least one functional area like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Service Management, and general awareness of end-to-end CE products.

* Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors

* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
