Cloud Solution Architect - M365 Copilot

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across the EMEA.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in M365 Copilot to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions for enterprise-scale environments. You will support enterprise and regulated customers across Germany, acting as a trusted technical advisor to drive AI adoption, business value realization, and responsible use of Copilot.

Key Responsibilities – M365 Copilot & AI Adoption

* Act as a senior technical authority for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot for: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive

* Advise customers on Copilot readiness, including identity, licensing, security, and data posture

* Design and deliver Copilot adoption and value realization engagements (workshops, pilots, and production rollouts)

* Translate business challenges into practical Copilot use cases that deliver measurable productivity and business impact

* Guide customers on prompting strategies, usage patterns, and change management to drive sustained adoption

* Support customers in establishing responsible AI practices aligned with Microsoft guidance

Required Technical Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange)

* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, scenarios, and limitations

* Experience with identity, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Microsoft Purview)

* Ability to translate business requirements into practical productivity and AI-driven solutions

* Experience delivering customer-facing technical engagements (remote and onsite)

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Germany & English proficiency (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience delivering solutions in enterprise, public sector, or regulated environments

* Familiarity with Copilot extensibility, plugins, agents, and Graph-based integrations

* Experience with adoption and change management for Modern Work and AI solutions

* Experience working with German customers

* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, Copilot or Modern Work–related credentials)
