Penta GWHM is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (SharePoint/M365) to join our team. If you thrive at the intersection of deep technical expertise and hands-on customer engagement, this role offers the perfect blend of both.

This is a hybrid position, working directly with enterprise customers across the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf region.

About the Role

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll partner with enterprise clients to design, deliver, and optimize modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll lead architecture discussions, run workshops, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide proactive services that drive long-term customer success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical depth, solution ownership, and meaningful customer interaction.

Key Expertise We’re Looking For

SharePoint On-Prem (2016, 2019, Subscription Edition)

* Architecture & topology design

* Enterprise migrations, upgrades, scaling, DR, hybrid setups

* Zero-downtime patching, authentication providers

* Advanced troubleshooting & administration

SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

* Tenant-level administration & hub site architecture

* SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph

* External sharing governance, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels

* Microsoft Search, Graph connectors, Purview integration

* Backup, archive, and SAM add-on experience

Additional Valuable Skills

* Active Directory, AD security, IIS, Windows tools

* Power Platform (Power Automate, Apps, Pages, Virtual Agents)

* Dataverse & modern development stack

* SharePoint PowerShell (Online & On-Prem)

Role Requirements

* Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions

* Strong customer-facing communication & presentation skills

* Ability to handle critical issues and complex scenarios

* Fluent German & English

* Willingness to travel within the region (hybrid remote/on-site)
