🚨 Now Hiring – Cloud Data Migration & AI Systems Engineer (Agentic Evaluation) 🚨

💻 Location: Remote (USA)

⏱ Commitment: 40 hrs/week (with 4 hrs PST overlap)

We are looking for 6+ years experienced professionals to work as an Agentic Evaluation Specialist, collaborating with researchers at a top frontier LLM company to enhance AI agent performance in storage management systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design & execute data migration workflows across AWS, GCP, and Azure

• Define data migration strategies (online vs offline, scalability, performance trade-offs)

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in distributed environments

• Integrate and evaluate LLM/Generative AI components within workflows

• Perform system testing, validation, and debugging across complex systems

• Identify edge cases, failure points, and optimize system performance

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability

• Document findings, insights, and recommendations clearly

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product)

🔹 Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data/storage systems

• Strong expertise in data migration strategies & distributed systems

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines

• Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI (prompting, evaluation, integration)

• Experience in system testing, QA, and validation

• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills

• Excellent written communication

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Background in Storage Administration / SRE / Cloud Infra Ops

• Experience with MLOps, AI evaluation frameworks, testing workflows

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

• Agile experience in cross-functional teams
