Clinical Validation Specialist | Remote

Position: Primary Care Physicians

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100-$130 per hour

Location: United States

Role Responsibilities

* Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and patient case notes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Identify and document diagnoses, co-morbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes for AI training.

* Audit annotated datasets to maintain high clinical accuracy and consistency across outputs.

* Validate AI-generated outputs, including summaries and care pathways, against real-world clinical guidelines.

* Contribute to the development of annotation guidelines and decision frameworks for clinical scenarios.

* Evaluate AI systems and provide structured feedback to enhance model performance and safety.

Requirements

* Hold an MD or DO degree.

* Be board-certified or board-eligible.

* Possess an active medical license in good standing.

* Have at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings.

* Academic hospital experience is preferred.
