We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics work that sits at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence. You'll bring your deep knowledge of clinical data, BI systems, and healthcare operations to help shape AI models that need to reason accurately about complex medical and operational environments.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — designed for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own terms.

What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines that support clinical and operational decision-making
* Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
* Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights
* Translate complex healthcare data into trusted, clear outputs that drive real decisions
* Apply your knowledge of regulated healthcare environments to ensure data integrity and compliance standards are upheld
* Collaborate across teams to align analytics outputs with broader AI project goals
Who You Are
* Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
* Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, data models, and the infrastructure behind them
* Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated environments
* Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear, meaningful insights for diverse stakeholders
* Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without constant oversight
* Detail-oriented and methodical, especially when accuracy and data integrity are on the line
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
* Familiarity with AI tools or experience contributing to AI training or evaluation projects
* Background in health informatics, population health analytics, or value-based care reporting
* Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
