Full Description

We are hiring a Client Partner – Healthcare Payer to own and grow a strategic relationship with a large, enterprise healthcare payer client based in the Minneapolis region. This role will take responsibility for an established portfolio while driving incremental growth through data, cloud, analytics, and AI‑led transformation initiatives.

The Client Partner will act as the primary executive sponsor, ensuring continuity across existing engagements while expanding the account through value‑led partnerships and long‑term transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare payer accounts, including a large confidential enterprise payer client

* Serve as the primary executive sponsor for senior client stakeholders (business and technology leaders)

* Lead account strategy, white‑space planning, and client success initiatives to drive 20% YoY growth

* Manage and expand complex, multi‑year programs across:

* Claims and member experience modernization

* Healthcare data and analytics platforms

* Cloud migration and platform modernization

* AI‑driven insights (risk management, cost optimization, customer experience)

* Regulatory and compliance‑driven technology initiatives

* Partner closely with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to ensure high‑quality execution and measurable outcomes

* Leverage partner ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and healthcare technology platforms

* Maintain strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, executive reporting, and governance

Required Experience & Profile

* 12+ years of experience in Client Partner, Account Director, Engagement Director, or Strategic Sales roles

* Proven experience managing large healthcare payer clients (regional or national insurers preferred)

* Strong understanding of healthcare payer domains such as:

* Claims, enrollment, and billing

* Provider and member data ecosystems

* Regulatory and compliance environments (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)

* Demonstrated track record managing and growing large portfolios ($15M–$25M+)

* Experience selling IT services, cloud, data engineering, analytics, and AI solutions

* Executive‑level presence with the ability to engage CXOs and senior leadership

* Comfortable operating in global, matrixed delivery environments
