Key Responsibilities

* Define and evolve the technical architecture for scalability, security, and performance

* Lead product development sprints and manage the engineering roadmap

* Make build-vs-buy decisions and evaluate third-party integrations

* Establish engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing, code review, and documentation

* Recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team as we scale

* Collaborate with product and design to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

* 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role in FinTech/AI/PropTech/Cybersecurity

* Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

* Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms with multi-tenant architecture

* Strong understanding of database design, API architecture, and microservices

* Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and modern developer tooling

* Startup experience — comfortable shipping fast without sacrificing quality
