We are partnering exclusively with a recently public, AI-first cybersecurity company at a major inflection point. The business serves government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure customers, has a substantial contracted backlog, and is executing an ambitious acquisition strategy to build a category-defining cybersecurity, privacy, and threat defense platform.

This is a rare opportunity for a world-class technology leader to architect the technical foundation of a publicly traded company poised for significant expansion.

The Opportunity

As CTO, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the company’s technology vision and execution. You will oversee engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and technical integration of acquisitions while shaping the evolution of an AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

What You Will Do

* Define and execute the long-term technology and product strategy

* Lead engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture

* Integrate acquired technologies into a unified platform

* Drive AI and automation initiatives across products and operations

* Oversee compliance initiatives including FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, and Zero Trust

* Build and mentor a high-performing technical organization

* Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic technology decisions

Ideal Background

* Former CTO or senior engineering executive

* Deep expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud architecture, and AI

* Experience leading acquisitions and technical integrations

* Strong technical credibility and hands-on leadership style

* Comfortable operating in lean, high-growth environments

Compensation

* $300K+ base salary
