Chief of Staff intern at Spira is the most cross-functional seat we have. You’ll partner with the CEO and senior team on whatever’s on fire that week — fundraising prep, hiring, pricing, partnerships, special projects — and learn how every part of an early-stage company actually works.

What You’ll Do

* Support the CEO on cross-functional priorities — research, drafting, follow-through

* Help maintain the company operating cadence (weekly priorities, monthly reviews)

* Own special projects when they need a generalist owner

* Help draft board updates, investor communications, and internal memos

* Sit in on senior meetings and turn outcomes into followups the team executes

Who You Are

* Strong written communication — you can take a meeting and turn it into a one-page memo

* Curious about every function — product, marketing, BD, finance, people

* Discreet, ethical, and trustworthy — you’ll see everything

* Comfortable making sharp calls under uncertainty
