Role Description

The CEO will provide strategic leadership to the company, oversee operational and financial management, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing long-term goals, managing resources, spearheading business planning and strategic initiatives, and fostering positive internal and external relationships. The CEO will also take an active role in leading sales efforts, ensuring the company delivers value to stakeholders while maintaining its mission to serve seniors effectively.

Qualifications

* Experience in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, financial planning, and efficient day-to-day operations

* Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and execute long-term company goals

* Proven ability in Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong client partnerships

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide a team and ensure organizational success

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively

* Experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving company growth and achieving operational excellence
