This is a rare executive leadership opportunity to take full ownership of an AI-native Layer-1 blockchain at a pivotal stage of its evolution. The role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and public representation of a next-generation Web3 infrastructure project. You will be responsible for transforming a technically advanced blockchain concept into a globally adopted, revenue-generating ecosystem powering decentralized AI and compute markets. Acting as both the internal decision-maker and external face of the protocol, you will lead fundraising, product direction, ecosystem expansion, and organizational scaling. This is a high-impact role designed for a proven Web3 leader capable of earning investor trust and driving large-scale adoption in a fast-moving, competitive environment.

Accountabilities

* Own the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the AI-native Layer-1 blockchain, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams.

* Define and lead the long-term roadmap, market positioning, and strategic priorities, making high-stakes decisions that shape protocol evolution and ecosystem direction.

* Drive VC fundraising efforts across Seed, Strategic, and Series A+ rounds, building strong relationships with top-tier investors and strategic partners in the Web3 ecosystem.

* Represent the project in investor meetings, conferences, and public forums, owning the narrative and investment thesis for the protocol.

* Oversee product and technology direction, ensuring alignment between blockchain architecture, tokenomics, validator incentives, and real-world adoption.

* Lead ecosystem growth strategies, including developer onboarding, grants programs, partnerships, and enterprise adoption initiatives.

* Establish and scale a high-performance global organization, hiring and managing senior leaders across engineering, product, marketing, BD, and operations.

* Serve as the public face of the blockchain, shaping its market narrative around AI and Web3 convergence while building long-term credibility and trust.

* Ensure the protocol transitions from vision to real usage, focusing on sustainable revenue models and ecosystem utility.

Requirements

* Proven experience as CEO, Founder, or senior executive in a Layer-1 or Layer-2 blockchain, crypto infrastructure, or high-growth Web3 protocol.

* Demonstrated success in fundraising from leading venture capital firms within the Web3 or crypto ecosystem.

* Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, tokenomics, validator systems, and decentralized network incentives.

* Strong product intuition with the ability to translate technical vision into executable strategy and market adoption.

* Track record of scaling blockchain or crypto projects from early-stage to significant ecosystem growth.

* Established network within Web3, including investors, founders, protocol teams, and strategic partners.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and represent the organization publicly.

* Strong decision-making ability under ambiguity and high-pressure environments.

* Strategic thinker with a long-term mindset focused on ecosystem sustainability and adoption.
