CEO required by a well-funded, early-stage company building a category-defining software platform designed to reshape how enterprises understand, optimize, and scale work in the age of AI.

Backed by top-tier talent (ex-Meta, Nvidia, Amazon, Datadog) and with active enterprise engagement already underway, the business is moving beyond early validation and is now seeking a commercially exceptional, technically credible leader to take the company from initial traction to global scale.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a company with genuine platform potential - not a point solution - and define both the market narrative and commercial trajectory from the ground up.

What’s on Offer

* $400k-$650k+ (base with performance upside)

* Significant equity package (true ownership)

* Hybrid role - Palo Alto (3 days onsite)

The Mandate

* Own the transition from early validation to a scalable, repeatable enterprise revenue engine

* Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles and personally close flagship accounts

* Define and articulate a clear market narrative for a highly technical platform

* Translate deep technical capability into tangible, provable enterprise ROI

* Build and lead a world-class executive team across Product, Engineering, and GTM

* Partner closely with investors and the Board to shape capital strategy and future funding

* Establish a high-performance culture capable of operating at both speed and precision

What We’re Looking For

* Proven CEO experience, ideally within AI, data platforms, or enterprise software

* Track record of scaling a company or business unit from early traction toward Unicorn level (around $1B+ valuation)

* Strong enterprise sales pedigree - comfortable leading and closing complex, high-ACV deals

* Background in deeply technical environments, with credibility across engineering and product

* Demonstrated ability to raise capital and engage top-tier investors

* Strong commercial instinct - able to shape pipelines, positioning, and revenue strategy

* Deep interest in AI/ML and a clear understanding of how enterprises operationalize these technologies

* Exceptional communicator - able to operate seamlessly between technical and executive audiences

Bonus

* AI platforms, developer tools, or workflow/automation systems

* Experience selling into large enterprises or regulated industries (e.g. financial services)

* Prior exposure to 0→1 or high-growth startup environments
