This role sits at the intersection of operations, data management, and sales support within a fast-paced e-commerce and distribution environment. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth backend operations, and effective coordination between internal teams, resellers, and external partners. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously. You will also support outbound communication efforts, helping align sales teams and stakeholders around performance goals and updates. With exposure to retail portals, PIM systems, and large-scale data workflows, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to support business efficiency and growth. It is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments and enjoys keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Accountabilities
* Maintain and update Excel-based reports tracking sales data, cost changes, POS performance, and operational metrics using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP and data modeling functions.
* Analyze and organize large datasets using structured templates to generate clear insights and performance summaries.
* Manage reseller and manufacturer portals, including product listings, catalog updates, inventory tracking, and content uploads.
* Support backend operational workflows by ensuring accurate and timely updates across multiple systems and platforms.
* Conduct outbound communication, including cold calls and follow-ups with reseller representatives and internal stakeholders to align on objectives and updates.
* Assist sales teams with coordination of account activities, presentations, training materials, and performance reporting.
* Support PIM system updates, including product data, imagery, and content management.
* Contribute to process documentation, SOP creation, and continuous operational improvements.
Requirements
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience with VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
* Experience in outbound communication, including cold calling and stakeholder follow-ups.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, reseller portals, or product catalog systems.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data handling.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced operational environment.
* Bonus: experience in e-commerce, merchandising, account coordination, or customer support roles.
