Full Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Work with Finance, HR, and the Director of Operations in setting the Operational metrics of ATCP (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, and Financials).

• Integrate multiple data sources to produce reports that would show the Operational metrics of ATCP.

• Create and maintain templates that would allow stakeholders to better manage their Operational metrics.

• Analyze actual results and determine problem areas to drive actions.

• Forecast and conduct impact assessment based on actual results and investment requests.

• Present analysis and callouts to stakeholders.

• Align business partners and spearhead ATCP-wide initiatives (e.g. process/tool roll-out).

• Identify areas for automation, help build AI agents that will help day to day activities and participate in AI-enablement activities for BusOps tools.

Educational Requirement:

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree/College graduate of any 4-year course

Skills and Work Experience

MUST HAVE:

• At least 6 months experience in data analysis and project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel and PowerPoint

• Background in stakeholder Management

• Experience in Project Management

• Change Management

• Data Analytics

• Good communication skills
