About the Role

The Business Operations Analyst will support the operational foundation of the organization during its scaling phase. Positioned at the intersection of finance, legal, and business operations, this role ensures smooth internal processes, compliance adherence, and financial workflow management. The position enables leadership to focus on strategic initiatives by managing complex operational challenges and improving internal systems.

Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day business operations across finance, legal coordination, and administration

* Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to maintain operational transparency

* Manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and collaborate with legal on contracts

* Track regulatory filings, corporate documents, and compliance requirements

* Identify inefficiencies and contribute to designing scalable processes

* Support cross-functional projects including recruiting, finance, research operations, and consulting

* Develop internal dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational metrics

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in consulting, finance, law, business operations, or related analytical roles

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related fields

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* High ownership and ability to work independently

* Strong organizational skills and experience managing structured processes

Nice to Have

* Experience in consulting, investment banking, legal advisory, or corporate strategy

* Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, or operational reporting

* Experience with contracts, vendor agreements, or compliance workflows

* Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
