🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Operation Analyst

At TouchTronix, we’re building the next generation of robotic multimodal sensing systems—enabling future robotics to perceive and interact with the physical world in more human-like ways. We’re looking for a self-motivated Business Operation Analyst who can bring structure, clarity, and execution to a fast-moving, deeply technical environment.

📍 Location: Buffalo, NY

🕒 Type: Full-time

💰 Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

🔍 What You’ll Do

* Own and optimize company-wide operational workflows across production, logistics, customer management, R&D, and marketing

* Drive cross-functional alignment by working closely with R&D and production teams to track milestones and unblock execution

* Act as a key interface between internal teams and external clients—managing relationships, feedback loops, and delivery expectations

* Lead coordination of customized projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes stay tightly aligned

* Build data-driven operational insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making

🧠 What We’re Looking For

* Background in business, operations, management, data science, or related fields (STEM strongly preferred)

* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus

* 0–1 year of experience; high-potential candidates with strong internships/projects are encouraged to apply

* Exceptional analytical and reasoning ability with a strong bias toward data-driven thinking

* Solid data analysis skills (Excel, Python, or similar tools)

* Proven ability (academic or professional) to manage multi-threaded, complex projects

* Outstanding communication skills—able to bridge technical and business teams effectively

* Strong ownership mindset and team collaboration skills in fast-paced environments

* Experience in tech or industrial companies is a strong plus

* Experience in website design and maintenance is a plus

* Multi-lingual (English, Mandarin, etc.) capability is a plus

* Bonus: Familiarity with AI, robotics, or complex hardware-software systems (highly valued)
