About Champion AI

We're an AI startup that doesn’t sell AI - no new tools or shiny subscriptions.

We train the right people inside businesses to use AI confidently, practically, and responsibly.

This is not a “how to prompt ChatGPT” course.

It’s foundational capability-building for the way work is changing. People who participate in this program will be able to spot the right opportunities, assess risk, build the business case, support adoption, and lead AI projects with confidence, because we don’t believe businesses should be locked into external consultant dependency.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Representative to help us find, contact, qualify, and potentially close new B2B clients.

The ideal candidate can manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, sales conversations, follow-up, and close.

If you are someone who is excellent at lead generation and booking/holding qualified discovery calls, we welcome your application as well.

What You’ll Do

* Identify and research potential B2B leads across North America

* Contact prospects through outbound methods

* Qualify leads based on criteria provided

* Book and/or hold qualified discovery calls

* Manage follow-up and pipeline activity

* Close deals directly, where appropriate

We will provide as many resources to set you up for success as possible.

You are also welcome to use your own methods, tools, systems, and network.

Compensation

This is a remote, fully commission-based independent contractor role.

Compensation may include:

* Qualified discovery call booked and attended: $150–$250 per qualified lead

* Closed deal you sourced and closed: 10–20% of first project revenue

* Closed deal you sourced, but Champion AI closes: 3–7% of first project revenue

Exact terms can be negotiated based on experience.

There is no cap on earning potential. Strong results may lead to a long-term contract or full-time employment opportunity if the fit is right.

Who You Are

You are likely a strong fit if you:

* Have experience with B2B outbound sales

* Can confidently sell services, not just products

* Are comfortable speaking with founders, owners, operators, and executives

* Understand how to qualify business pain, budget, urgency, and fit

* Can work independently without needing constant direction

* Are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable testing new approaches

* Know how to use AI tools to work faster and smarter

* Can represent a growing AI company professionally without sounding like every other AI company

Requirements

* Must be a Canadian citizen

* Fully remote

* Independent contractor role

* B2B sales experience required

* Experience closing deals independently (preferred)

* Familiarity with AI, automation, operations, consulting, or SMB sales is a strong asset
