Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for multiple Business Development Representatives to support its German market, in a fully remote role open to candidates based in Germany, the UK, or Ireland.

Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is looking for driven and commercially minded Business Development Representatives to join their growing e-commerce team.

You will play a key role in owning the full seller lifecycle, from acquisition through to onboarding and early-stage growth, helping businesses succeed within a fast-growing social commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

* Identify, engage, and acquire high-potential sellers to join the platform

* Own the end-to-end sales process, from outreach and discovery through to onboarding and activation

* Conduct consultative conversations, understanding partner needs and positioning the platform effectively

* Guide sellers through onboarding and ensure successful go-live within tight timelines

* Support early-stage partner growth, identifying opportunities to increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)

* Assess seller potential and long-term fit within the platform ecosystem

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and growth experience

* Meet and exceed KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and revenue growth

Minimum Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in Business Development, BDR/SDR, Account Management, or Sales

* Background in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or tech environments

* Proven experience beyond cold outreach, including pitching, onboarding, or growing client accounts

* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and influence client success

* Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (mandatory)

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred skills/qualifications:

* Experience in seller acquisition, partnerships, or platform-based business models

* Exposure to social commerce, creator ecosystems, or digital marketplaces

* Experience managing or growing client portfolios or key accounts

* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
