Business Development Representative (ES)

This role is highly outbound-driven.

Cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel

You will spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone

Tasks

* Experience in cold calling

* Daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling

* Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers

* Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning

* Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them

* Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot

Requirements

* A real master in cold calling

* Basic understanding of copywriting

* Experience using a CRM, especially Hubspot

* Strong communication in English (B2 level minimum)

* Passion for startups and learning through practice

* Self-starter mindset

* Curiosity and resilience

* Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments

* Working hours: full time

* Contract term: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period

* We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
