We’re growing fast across the US and Canada and are now looking for a high-energy, highly driven Business Development Representative to fuel our expansion.

🔥 What You’ll Own (Your Mission)
As our BDR, your job is simple: drive growth. Build pipeline. Open doors. Create opportunity.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, representing a cutting-edge AI product in a market that’s actively seeking modernization.
Core Responsibilities
🏗️ Pipeline Generation & Outreach
* Hunt for new business across AEC: engineering firms, general contractors, inspectors, municipalities, and asset owners.
* Develop targeted outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
* Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-intent opportunities.
* Conduct crisp discovery to understand inspection pain points, workflows, and priorities.
* Work closely with Account Executives to hand off well-qualified, high-quality pipeline.
🤖 Product Positioning & Evangelism
* Communicate the value of our AI-powered inspection platform in simple, compelling terms.
* Tailor messaging to role, industry segment, and inspection type.
* Stay sharp on product capabilities, competitor landscapes, and AEC inspection trends.
* Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at events, conferences, and webinars.
📊 Sales Process Mastery
* Maintain organized, up-to-date CRM hygiene (we respect clean pipelines!).
* Run outbound experiments and track conversion metrics to improve performance.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and GTM plays.
* Help shape the early repeatable sales motion for North America.
✨ What We’re Looking For
Experience
* 2–4 years in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role.
* Experience selling SaaS, AI technologies, drones, geospatial solutions, BIM, or AEC-related software (ideal but not required).
* Proven success hitting or exceeding outreach, meeting, and pipeline targets.
* Comfortable engaging with technical and operational stakeholders in the AEC world.

Canada - EST timezone preferred (remote).
