This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The professional translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, they play a crucial role in supporting transformation efforts by preparing comprehensive business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.

- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable technology solutions.

- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Investment Banking.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
