ANALYST, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & INSIGHTS (REMOTE - SOUTH AFRICA)
THE OPPORTUNITY
IL MAKIAGE isn’t just a beauty brand; we are the core brand of the US-based consumer tech powerhouse ODDITY. We are looking for a Customer Experience & Insights Analyst who thrives at the intersection of big data, human behavior, and high-stakes strategy.
This isn't a role for someone who just "pulls reports." You will be a core engine of our growth, translating complex datasets into the strategic moves that define our global brand. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and gain immediate exposure to high-impact initiatives, including Generative AI and tech product development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Decode the Customer: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand exactly what drives our users, turning raw data into the "so what" that shapes our brand strategy.
* Build the Future: Design and maintain advanced models and dashboards (using Excel, Alteryx, Looker) to optimize our CX performance and our proprietary Returns & Exchanges portal.
* Drive Strategy: Move beyond the spreadsheet to lead cross-functional projects across Revenue, Marketing, and Product—acting as the analytical bridge between departments.
* Innovate with AI: Partner on tech-forward initiatives, including GenAI projects that are redefining the digital shopping experience.
* Own the Outcome: Monitor key metrics with a hawk-eye, identifying friction points before they become problems and quantifying the success of our latest tests.
WHO YOU ARE
* Analytical Powerhouse: You hold a degree from a top-tier university in a quantitative field and likely have 2+ years of experience in high-pressure environments (Consulting, IB, BizOps, or Strategy).
* Data-Fluent: You are a pro with Excel, Alteryx, and Looker. If you know SQL or Python, even better. You learn new tools at lightning speed.
* Precision-Obsessed: You have an unwavering commitment to accuracy. You sense-check your own work because you know the smallest detail can pivot a multi-million dollar decision.
* Resourceful & Scrappy: You don’t need a manual. You thrive in "ambiguous" environments and enjoy the challenge of a fast-moving, global scale-up.
* A Master Communicator: You can navigate massive datasets, but you know how to "hover up" and explain the key takeaways to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

* Estimated salary: ZAR 720,000 to 790,000 CTC per annum
