About the Role:

The Business Analyst will serve as a key strategic and operational driver at In-House Health, working closely with members of both the sales and operations teams. In this role, you will support the execution of high-priority deliverables, conduct rigorous analysis, drive organizational innovation, and provide project management assistance across the company. You will work closely with the office of the CEO to synthesize information, surface insights, and ensure critical projects move forward with clarity and precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically sharp, intellectually curious, and an excellent communicator. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Project Execution

* Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage and execute on cross-functional priorities, ensuring key initiatives stay on track and are delivered with high quality.

* Develop frameworks, briefing documents, and executive summaries to support decision-making by senior leadership.

* Help design and maintain systems for tracking company-wide goals, OKRs, and strategic milestones.

Data Analysis & Reporting

* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to surface insights that inform business decisions and company strategy.

* Build and maintain reports and models that optimize repeatable tasks and streamline workflows. 

* Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.

Administrative & Operational Excellence

* Support the Chief of Staff with day-to-day coordination, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, agenda setting, and documentation.

* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose scalable solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

* Drive administrative tasks with strong project management skills and a sharp attention to detail.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, or a related field.

* 1 to 3 years of experience in a highly analytical environment such as management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, policy analysis, or a similar role requiring structured problem-solving and strong written communication.

* Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Comfortable working with large datasets, building financial or operational models, and turning ambiguous questions into clear insights.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-ready documents and presentations.

* High degree of organizational rigor and attention to detail. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball.

* Proactive and self-directed with a bias toward action. Comfort operating in startup environments with evolving processes and shifting priorities.

* Low ego, high ownership. Willing to do both strategic work and administrative tasks as needed.

* Passion for improving healthcare delivery and genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
