The Role

* Translate business visions and technological trends into feasible features, user stories, and iterative product roadmaps.

* Model and analyse existing processes (e.g., with BPMN 2.0) and completely rethink end-to-end processes using AI applications.

* Actively guide and synchronise relevant departments, IT, partners, and management to achieve complex changes.

* Synthesise complex information into data-driven recommendations for senior management, ensuring measurable economic value from tech investments through cost-benefit analyses.

* Drive digital transformation and redefine customer dialogue excellence using AI.

What You'll Need

* A degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

* Deep proficiency with a leading Conversational AI platform (e.g., Google, Parloa, Cognigy) to push its boundaries and set new standards.

* A strong understanding of the architecture and functionality of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.

* Ability to design and optimise clear, effective prompts for AI models in a business context.

* Holistic thinking to design intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows that manage complex end-to-end processes independently.

* Proficiency in German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
