Business Analyst

Hybrid Onsite Every Other Weeks in Merrimack, NH

Our client seeks a Business Analyst to support the design, migration, and optimization of digital and AI-driven experiences with a focus on voice application migration. You will work within an agile product squad across discovery, requirements, implementation support, readiness, and outcome measurement. The role requires advanced documentation, configuration and UI requirements gathering, system interaction analysis, and close partnership with technology, AI, and reporting teams. You will help define and measure product performance and translate data into actionable insights.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $38.00 to $48.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

* Support migration of a voice application platform through requirements, documentation, and configuration analysis.

* Partner across the product lifecycle to gather requirements, support delivery, and measure outcomes.

* Elicit and document business, configuration, and UI requirements for digital and voice experiences.

* Analyze end‑to‑end system workflows to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

* Use SQL to query data, analyze performance, and support decision‑making.

* Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement with analytics partners.

* Work in an agile environment to refine backlog items and user stories.

* Communicate insights and recommendations through clear documentation and storytelling.

Experience Requirements

* 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience delivering customer- or associate-facing digital solutions.

* Experience gathering and documenting configuration and UI requirements.

* Strong system interaction and end-to-end flow understanding.

* Advanced documentation skills for complex digital applications.

* SQL for querying and performance analysis.

* Excel proficiency.

* Voice application, conversational AI, or chatbot experience (preferred).

* Prior customer-facing experience (preferred).

Education Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
