Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to own and elevate our brand presence across all channels. In this role, you will be the steward of our brand voice, ensuring every piece of content — from social posts to press releases — is consistent, compelling, and true to our core messaging. You will play a hands-on role in social media management while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees us. You’ll also oversee our PR agency, track and manage brand metrics, and internal communications.
You’ll be able to measure your success by meaningful growth in our social distribution, engagement, and activity, as well as our broader brand awareness scores. This is position is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with a preference for a hybrid role in either New York, NY or Lehi, UT.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
* Social media management
* Own the end-to-end creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across core social media platforms, working in close collaboration with product, product marketing, and demand gen.
* Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company campaigns, product launches, and industry moments.
* Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active, positive brand presence.
* Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
* Brand & messaging consistency
* Serve as the internal guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all content and communications.
* Review and provide feedback on marketing materials, website copy, sales collateral, and other brand touchpoints.
* Develop and maintain brand playbooks and style guides for use across teams and external partners.
* Public relations support
* Manage the relationship with our PR agency.
* Assist in developing and executing PR strategies, including media outreach, press release drafting, and story pitching.
* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
* Help manage crisis communications and ensure messaging remains on-brand during sensitive situations.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for earned media, thought leadership placements, and brand partnerships.
* Cross-functional collaboration
* Partner with product, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align brand storytelling with business goals.
* Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, and content creators as needed.
* Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging channels to bring fresh ideas to the team.
* Work with Field Marketing team to ensure high-impact, brand-compliant messaging at trade shows, conferences, and company events.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table.
* 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, social media management, or a closely related role.
* Demonstrated success managing social media accounts for a brand, including content creation and community management.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
* Experience supporting or executing PR campaigns, media outreach, or communications strategy.
* Proven ability to apply and enforce brand guidelines across diverse content formats and channels.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* Experience working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.
* Familiarity with basic design tools for content production.
* Experience with influencer marketing or brand ambassador programs.
* Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to content strategy.
