* Pay Rate: Up to $60 per hour

* Time Commitment: Tasks typically require 1 hour of uninterrupted work (some are shorter)

Requirements

* Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, or a related Life Sciences field.

* Experience: Experience in laboratory research, clinical trials, biotech, or academic instruction.

* Skills:

* High scientific literacy for interpreting complex data and technical protocols.

* Ability to identify AI "hallucinations" (e.g., incorrect protein logic, flawed experimental designs).

* Understanding of the scientific method, statistical significance, and regulatory standards.

* Strong communication skills to explain biological pathways in technical prose.

* Admin: Must have a PayPal account for payment.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate AI-Generated Science: Review model responses for factual accuracy and adherence to scientific consensus.

* Fact-Check Claims: Validate citations (e.g., PubMed, NCBI) and AI summaries of research papers.

* Assess Experimental Logic: Critique AI-proposed experimental designs, controls, and lab procedures.

* Annotate Scientific Data: Correct errors in model-generated biological sequences, chemical structures, or taxonomy.

* Ensure Ethical Alignment: Verify compliance with bioethics and safety standards in AI responses.

Hiring Process

Candidates will complete a 10- to 15-minute skills assessment test. Successful participants are invited to the Expert Network to begin paid tasks.
